  1. How long do I have to return a purchased item from your website?

    Autumn and May wish you to be delighted with every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. We pride ourselves in our after-sale service. If you have bought an item through autumnandmay.co.uk and you wish to return it back to us, then you have 28 days from the date of purchase to do so.

  2. Do you ship internationlly?

     Unfortunately we only ship items within the UK and Northern Ireland for any online purchase done through autumnandmay.co.uk. However, you can sent your special shipment request for other countries by E-Mailing us with the product code or description to info@autumnandmay.co.uk. One of our member of staff will contact back you as weather we can ship to your requested country or not. There will be an additional international shipment cost will be charged.
